Tai Chi Wu Form (Jefferson)

Known as the "moving mediation,” Tai Chi Wu is a series of slow, controlled movements that develop strength, balance, posture and calmness. This discipline is especially good for healing joint and back pain and releasing stress. 

David Philpott

David Philpot has practiced Tai Chi for the last twenty years. During this time, he spent three years studying the Wu form of Tai Chi under Mr. Anping Wang of Tianjin, China. In his classes, David emphasizes the foundational qigong training postures and exercises. David has been teaching Tai Chi with Community Education for past ten years. He also teaches Tai Chi at the University of Minnesota’s Boynton Health Clinic.
