Kundalini Yoga is one of the oldest styles of yoga and will help you maintain a healthy body weight, improve flexibility while you become energized and relaxed. The calming effect of yoga and meditation supports a focused and balanced mind as well as stress reduction.

Barbara Larsen

Barbara has over 14 years of yoga and meditation teaching. She is a certified yoga and meditation instructor with specialties in Kundalini and Prenatal yoga, as well as several meditation techniques. She is also trained in dance, Somatics and Reiki. Her classes have a lot of variety and are fun!
