Kundalini yoga is one of the most ancient and powerful forms of yoga. Classes include movement, breath work, mudras (hand positions), mantras (chant), and meditation to support all aspects of the mind-body-spirit connection. Kundalini yoga is also fun, energizing and accessible to people of all fitness levels.

Barbara Larsen

Barbara has over 14 years of yoga and meditation teaching. She is a certified yoga and meditation instructor with specialties in Kundalini and Prenatal yoga, as well as several meditation techniques. She is also trained in dance, Somatics and Reiki. Her classes have a lot of variety and are fun!
