Tina Starjash has been practicing yoga for 15+ years and became a Certified Yoga Instructor in 2001. She loves Yoga and the benefits it offers. She is inspired by students who tell her about the benefits they receive from taking her classes. These include less body aches, better sleep and relief from stress as well as increased flexibility, strength and balance. Tina has been teaching this popular yoga class for 10 years.
