Prepare your body and mind for the birthing process. Maintain flexibility, vitality, strength of body and calmness of mind during and after pregnancy. Wear loose clothing and bring a mat.
Barbara is a certified yoga and meditation instructor with specialties in Kundalini and Prenatal yoga, as well as several meditation techniques. She is also trained in dance, Somatics, and Reiki. Her classes have a lot of variety and are fun! She has taught yoga at St. Francis Regional Medical Center, the University of Minnesota, and Living Waters.
