  • Tour: Historic Red Wing (Southwest)

    Our fun-filled day begins in historic downtown Red Wing where you can explore the many unique stores, have brunch, see the size 938 classic Red Wing work boot, stop by the Red Wing Marine Museum and soak up the fall colors along the Mississippi River. For the ambitious, hike to the top of Barn Bluff for breathtaking views! After lunch we are on to a private wine tasting at the Flower Market Vineyard & Winery nestled among the scenic bluffs. You will have time to shop, stroll the vineyards, see the farm animals and play yard games. On our last stop we'll tour the Red Wing Pottery Museum & Gift Shop dedicated to preserving and celebrating Red Wing's clay industry with more than 6,000 vintage pieces of artisan-crafted stoneware, art pottery and folk art that bring the story of historic Red Wing to life. The coach bus will board from Southwest High School's Chowen Ave. parking lot at 8:00 am and return at 5:30 pm. Price includes private wine tasting, pottery museum tour, transportation, coffee and rolls. Lunch is on your own. Ages 21+. 
  • Tour: Hudson, WI - Holiday Home Tour, Octagon House Museum & Craft Sale (Southwest)

    Join us for Hudson, Wisconsin's annual Holiday Home Tour featuring privately-owned homes all decorated in their Christmas finery. We'll start at the Octagon House Museum where you can tour the festive first floor decorations. Then we'll go to 4 private homes working in a stop downtown for lunch and shopping on your own. Your ticket # will be entered into a drawing at each of the private homes ($250 value each) as well as many of the shops downtown. Our last stop is the annual craft sale (2 floors) in the Hudson House Grand Hotel. The coach bus will board at Southwest High School's Chowen Ave. parking lot at 8:45 am and return at 6:00 pm. Price includes transportation, coffee & rolls from Wuollet Bakery plus admissions to both the Holiday Home Tour and the Octagon House Museum. Ages 21+.
  • Tour: Oktoberfest in New Ulm! (Southwest)

    Break out your dirndls & lederhosen and come to Oktoberfest in New Ulm, The Most German City in America. Stroll through downtown filled with music, food, beer and wine. You can watch or join the Germanic-American Parade. Climb Hermann the German and visit the 45-foot musical Glockenspiel. In addition to all the downtown festivities, our bus will stop at the historic Schell's Brewery and the Morgan Creek Winery for special Oktoberfest events (separate $10 admission for each). Our coach bus will board at Henry High School (north side) at 8:00 am and the Southwest High School's Chowen Ave. parking lot (south side) at 8:30 am. Price includes transportation, coffee and rolls. Lunch on your own. Ages 21+.

    St. Paul's famous crook's tour! Explore the sites of nightclubs, kidnappings, and gun battles associated with the 1930's gangsters like John Dillinger, Ma Barker and Babyface Nelson. See the sights where the gangsters lived it up as they planned and executed some of the most notorious crimes ever perpetrated in the upper Midwest. Your guide takes you past the most infamous gangster hideouts and the famous nightclubs where many gangsters spent time socializing with the public. Our coach bus will board the Southwest High School's Chowen Ave. parking lot at 9:00 am and return at 1:00 pm.  Price includes guided tour, transportation, a famous gangster souvenir shot glass.   • Tour: Wabasha Historic Street Caves (Southwest)

    Come hear and see the history of these sandstone caves. You will explore the original mined caves and see the finished caves (once a romantic night club called The Castle Royal). Hear the legends of the mobster massacres and ghostly lore in the most unique setting from Chicago to San Francisco.
