    Animal Adventures (Gr. 1-2)

    Calling all animal lovers! This club is for you. We will learn about the living beings that inhabit our wonderful planet as we read, craft and play. We will also learn about ways that we can help make the world a better place for animals. Register your child for a morning class and an afternoon class and we will provide lunch and supervision free of charge from 12-1 pm.     Put together a creative babysitting kit and learn what kinds of games and activities are appropriate for specific ages. Practice and test on accident and emergency preparedness. You must be 11 years old by the end of class and pass a skills test to receive the certificate.     Skyhawks Beginning Golf is powered by Payne Stewart Golf Experiences, the recommended entry-level golf program. The unique, games-based play program and modified learning equipment make it easier for kids to hit the ball and experience early success. Putting, chipping, pitching and full swing, are all taught through games, simple repetitive motions and learning rhymes that make it easy for young kids to remember and repeat. Get to know some sites in South Minneapolis as you go to Fort Snelling and Minnehaha Falls. See how the Cities formed alongside and often in competition with each other as you get to know the transit and trail connections between Minneapolis and St. Paul.
