Improve your flexibility, build strength, and develop control and endurance in the whole human body. Pilates puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core and improving coordination and balance. All levels welcome.

Susie Quarstad

Susie has trained extensively in Pilates for the past 10 years. She completed her training for certification in the spring of 2007. She believes strongly that Pilates students reap great rewards like increased metabolism, better posture and stronger core muscles.
