LITERACY MATTERS (Gr. 1-3)
In this class you will practice improving your reading skills in fun and creative ways such as creating a group cookbook, inventing games with written instructions and reading about heroes and heroines. You also will engage in physical movement and games and learn nutritional tips to implement in your daily life. College student mentors will help you balance body, mind, and spirit, which directly correlates with academic success and creates a holistic approach to healthy living.
