    Are Japanese Beetles eating your garden? Let's go edible bug hunting! Join Tim Clemens from Ironwood Foraging Co. and learn about Japanese Beetles, an invasive edible scarab. You'll learn how to find, identify, trap, and cook these delicious and nutritious insects. Locations will be in the Minneapolis/Edina area depending on availability.     Discover the world of mushrooms in this 3-hour hands-on beginner mushroom hunting hike with Ironwood Foraging Co. Lead Guide, Tim Clemens. You'll learn how to find and safely identify edible wild mushrooms. Mushroom hunting equipment, mushroom identification skills, fungal biology, mushroom recipes, and resources to continue your learning will all be covered. Location is within one hour of Minneapolis and will be emailed to attendees prior to the workshop. Walking distance ~1-3 miles. NOTE: Location is within one hour of Minneapolis. Location details will be emailed the Monday prior to the workshop. If we go to a State Park, that there will be an additional $7 Daily/$35 annual vehicle entry permit needed that can be purchased at the State Park entrance office.     Do you have old wood windows in need of some TLC? Ready to practice window repair skills? Join the staff of Hayes Window Restoration for a hands-on outdoor workshop all about windows. They will explain common window issues and demonstrate basic repairs. This class will focus specifically on glazing, paint prep, and painting. Participants will have their own station at which to practice these skills. You are invited to bring a window from home. We'll also have plenty of practice sash to use. Designed for homeowners and property owners who plan to restore and repair their old windows, this workshop is primarily a hands-on practice session.
