ACT Test Preparatory Course ONLINE:Pre-Recorded (Southwest)
The Online ACT Prep Course is an excellent alternative for any student unable to attend in-school classes or for a student preferring to prepare for the ACT exam on their own, and study at their desired pace. The fee for this course is $60, and you may repeat the course at no charge until you graduate from high school.
Access to the course will be available at any time, with online access ending on December 31, 2020, however, if you need additional time for extra preparation, you will still be able to re-register free of charge after January 1, 2021.
The online course allows you to log-in to the course and proceed at your own pace. The course will use instructors' videos, voice-overs, illustrations, and slides that guide you through all of the testing areas of the ACT. You will also be able to communicate with the instructor when you have questions or concerns. The course will be presented by using Google Classroom and it will be equivalent to the 12 hour In-School ACT Prep Course.
In order to access the online class through Google Classroom, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE A GMAIL ACCOUNT. If you DO NOT currently have a Gmail account, you will need to create one by clicking on this link: https://accounts.google.com/signup/v2/webcreateaccount?flowName=GlifWebSignIn&flowEntry=SignUp Please note - school-issued email addresses are blocked and only gmail addresses are accepted.
Once you are enrolled, you will be sent an access code for your class via email, as well as directions on how to begin the simple process of starting your class by going to the classroom website and typing in the code to join the class. During the course, you will have the flexibility of working at your own pace around your own specific schedule.
