Minneapolis Kids provides year-round, fee-based school-age care for families with youth enrolled in High Five/Minneapolis Kids Jr through 6th grade during the school year (entering K-7 during the summer).

The presentation will include a focus on incapacity planning documents (health care directives and powers of attorney) and estate planning (wills and trusts). The presenter will include a description of estate administration, and use that framework to explain how to set up an estate plan based on how the estate will actually be administered after your death. After discussing how to set up an estate plan that works for you, the presenter will have a Q&A session for attendees.
Bio: Christine B. Courtney practices estate planning, probate, and elder law at the Courtney Law Offices in St. Paul, Minnesota. Prior to starting the Courtney Law Office, Chris practiced at small firms in the Twin Cities metro area and worked with victims of elder abuse, neglect, and financial exploitation at a local nonprofit.
