Minneapolis Kids provides year-round, fee-based school-age care for families with youth enrolled in High Five/Minneapolis Kids Jr through 6th grade during the school year (entering K-7 during the summer).

Learn gentle yoga sequences to improve your flexibility, balance, and strength. Connect body, breath, and mind to restore, relax, and unwind. Must be able to comfortably transition from standing to seated position. Wear comfortable clothes and refrain from eating before class.
