Belly Dance 1 (Southwest) ONLINE: InteractiveImprove your coordination, musicality and core strength and flexibility while learning the basic steps and finger symbol patterns of belly dance.
Dance Jam (Jefferson) ONLINE: InteractiveDo you want to get active and have fun doing it? This class is all about moving and dancing to the music! Each session will begin with a full-body warm-up based in modern and jazz techniques. Then, we will jump into a follow-along routine set to an upbeat playlist. This class is designed for anyone who enjoys moving and is open to all levels of dance experience. No class October 13 and November 3.
