This class equips parents with practical knowledge about video-game ratings, built-in parental controls, and evidence-based recommendations for creating healthy gaming habits at home. Parents will learn how to evaluate game content, set flexible family guidelines, and use technology tools to support safe, balanced gameplay for children and teens. Together we will discuss ways to have open conversations about what kids see in games, reinforcing the difference between fantasy and reality and encouraging thoughtful reflection on themes like conflict, teamwork, and problem-solving.
