Join us for some gym fun, meet some new friends, and play your favorite games with others! Community Education uses a sliding scale fee model for all classes. Each class has a set Class Cost that we encourage all families to pay. This is the cost of running the class. Lower fees are for families who qualify for free and reduced lunch. If choosing the lower option, you are acknowledging your family is on FRL or finances have substantially changed. The higher options cover scholarships for students to participate in after school classes. Any fee on the sliding scale can be paid in two installments.

Working in groups of Kindergartners and 1st graders, students will develop skills in communication, speaking, listening, and sharing creatively, through team games and activities. This class will conclude with a student led performance.

Join us for a fun and educational after-school adventure with our Nature and Spanish Immersion class! Designed for 1st through 3rd graders, this program combines outdoor exploration with immersive Spanish language learning. Children will explore the natural world, engaging in activities like nature walks, plant and animal observations, and hands-on experiments. All the while, they'll learn Spanish through songs, stories, and interactive games. This unique blend of nature and language will help kids develop a love for the environment and a new language, all while having a blast! Diseñado para estudiantes de 1º a 3º grado, este programa combina la exploración al aire libre con el aprendizaje inmersivo del idioma español. Have fun twice a week doing hands-on Robotics and STEM projects! Students will spend the fall working towards the Robotics Tournament taking place on Saturday, January 20 and then spend the winter/ spring working towards the GEMS/GISE spring event on Saturday, May 11. This class is offering through Extended Learning and will meet on Mondays and Wednesdays from through May 15. Students enrolled in Fall/Winter session will automatically enroll in Spring sessions of programming.

Have fun twice a week doing hands-on Robotics and STEM projects! Students will spend the fall/winter working towards the Robotics Tournament taking place on Saturday, January 25. This class is offering through Extended Learning and will meet on Mondays and Wednesdays from through May 8. Students enrolled in fall session will automatically enroll in both winter and spring sessions of programming.

Come have fun in the pool after school. Students will learn basic techniques and play water games. This class is being offered for free through Extended Learning.

Yarn Club! Learn to crochet and knit wearable and shareable creations in this creative class. You'll experiment with various textiles including yarn, string, fabric, and natural fibers.
