Academics: Babysitting (American Red Cross) (Entering Grades 6-9)
Put together a creative babysitting kit and learn what kinds of games and activities are appropriate for specific ages. Practice and test accident and emergency preparedness. You must be 11 years old by the end of class and pass a skills test to receive certificate. Please note: A morning and afternoon Babysitting class were added to the Southwest schedule after it was printed, to be held the week after school gets out/before our regular program begins. This was done to accommodate the demand for this particular class and is the only activity taking place during this week.
