    Learn classical ballet techniques while developing core strength, flexibility and balance. Perform warm-ups and basic positions, and work on center combinations.     Learn a dance repertoire that will give you confidence on the dance floor. Dancing is fun and exciting and provides many health and social benefits.     Learn belly dance technique and movements through basic steps, isolations and layering.     NOTE: THis class will be held on Monday evenings. Line dancing is individuals dancing in unison to predetermined music in predetermined patterns. Individuals will not dance with a partner, nor have physical contact with other dancers.   • Partner Dance for Beginners or Weddings (Southwest)

    Share the physical and emotional enjoyment of connecting with a partner on the dance floor! Remove the anxiety from the communicating of dance moves as you learn set and defined patterns. Dances will include; Swing, Rumba, Waltz and Night Club 2-Step. MUST REGISTER WITH A PARTNER.
