Jean began teaching Tai Chi Easy in 2011, when she discovered through her physical therapy practice (now retired!) how wonderfully tai chi helps physical balance and strength. Now tai chi keeps her stress down, mind at peace, and body active. Jean also keeps busy with yoga, walking in our lovely parks, travelling, hosting Airbnb, and cooking.
