Minneapolis Kids provides year-round, fee-based school-age care for families with youth enrolled in High Five/Minneapolis Kids Jr through 6th grade during the school year (entering K-7 during the summer).
Classes for Summer Youth Programs will be visible and open for registration February 25 at 5pm.

Give the gift of learning. Gift vouchers can be purchased in a variety of denominations and can be used for most Community Education Youth & Adult Enrichment classes. Some restrictions apply.
Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math are the best! What’s even better is using themes that kids are excited about like Ninjago, Super Heroes, Star Wars, Pokémon and more to teach STEAM concepts. In STEAM Heroes, we’ll build and code robots and tie those concepts to Star Wars, build architectural marvels using Minecraft as a backdrop, talk about friction and gravity as Ninjago minifigures fly down zip lines and more. It’s going to be an action-packed session!
Community Education uses a sliding scale model for program fees so our afterschool programs can be financially sustainable and more equitable. Families are asked to pick the price that they are able to pay. By more clearly articulating our lower cost options, we have removed the barrier that some may have felt in making scholarship requests. When families participate at the higher price levels, they help make the program more sustainable. Extended Learning (ALC) classes are free.
