Minneapolis Kids provides year-round, fee-based school-age childcare for families with youth enrolled in High Five/Minneapolis Kids Jr through 5th grade during the school year (entering grades K-7 during the summer).

The lessons in the cooking class focus on students practicing cooking and cleaning skills, With measurements while using the stove and oven. Learning focuses heavily on students reflecting on the process of cooking; identifying what worked and what didn't while cook/ preparing meals.
