The Alexander Technique is an educational method used worldwide for over 100 years. It begins with the premise that the human organism is perfectly designed for a range of activities. Tension, poor breath support, and postural habits get in the way of this potential, creating chronic pain, stress, and injury. But by teaching the possibility of change, the Alexander Technique enables ease and improved mobility, balance, and performance. Are you experiencing... less energy and alertness, back pain, joint stiffness, poor digestion, nerve damage, chronic pain, loss of mobility, anxiety, tension, and/or stress? With the Alexander Technique you'll get... renewed energy, reduced physical tension, better breath support, improved organ function, lowered blood pressure, improved mobility and balance, improved posture, and a relaxed and present attitude!
