Washburn Clubs & Activities with Community Education Funding: In past years, most Washburn clubs and activities were funded through a state 21st Century Community Learning Center Grant. Washburn does not have the grant this year, so moving forward clubs and activities will be low-cost fee-based through Community Education. Program Fees: Community Education uses a sliding scale model for program fees so our programs can be financially sustainable and more equitable. Families are asked to support WHS by choosing what they are able to pay. Registration will be run in three sessions this year - Fall, Winter, and Spring. There is one registration form for "Washburn Youth" this allows students to participate in as many clubs/activities as they would like for one fee per session. There is a question in the registration to indicate what clubs/classes your student will be participating in. Please use this link WHS Clubs & Activities 2023-24 to view all of the clubs and activities offered at Washburn. Clubs that are in bold are district funded and do not require registration through Community Education.
