Minneapolis Kids provides year-round, fee-based school-age care for families with youth enrolled in High Five/Minneapolis Kids Jr through 6th grade during the school year (entering K-7 during the summer).

Let’s start at the very beginning. Learn chords, scales and basic guitar technique so you can start playing your favorite songs. Class will be taught on acoustic guitars (nylon or steel string). Guitars are provided or you may bring your own acoustic guitar.
David Ritsema is a retired MPS music teacher with a guitar and piano focus. He has taught both locally and abroad. He is also founder of the MN Guitar Collective - a community guitar orchestra.
