Lifelong Learning 55+ / Trips & Tours -
Lifelong Learning 55+ Spring 2024

The Minneapolis Truckers’ Strike of 1934 was a fight for workers right to form a union. It was a watershed moment for the labor movement as well as for societal transformation and the settlement made Minneapolis a Union Town. On the strike’s 90th anniversary the exhibit explores the relationship of history to the present as well as workers’ role in social change.
