Calling all writers, editors and photojournalists! Hawks Student News is looking for you. Join this group once a week to work on publishing Hawks Student News. Students will work with an Instructor to make a school newsletter with topics and news that you decide and publish to the school community. Students will learn design and layout, work on writing captivating articles and covering school community topics that are important to them and get the word out!

• Note: Community Education uses a sliding scale model for program fees so our afterschool programs can be financially sustainable and more equitable. Families are asked to pick the price that they are able to pay. By more clearly articulating our lower cost options, we have removed the barrier that some may have felt in making scholarship requests. When families participate at the higher price levels, they help make the program more sustainable.
