Program theme: CLIMB’s “Acting with Good V.I.B.E.S” The artist’s tools of voice, imagination, body, exploration, and self-discipline (V.I.B.E.S.) will be sharpened as participants exercise and apply CLIMB’s 5 skill A.R.E.A.S. (Accountability, Resiliency, Empathy, Advocacy, Self-Regulation) through the collaborative process of theatre. Through acting, improvisation, playwriting, and other elements of the theatre-making process, participants will have the opportunity to grow as individual artists while strengthening vital social-emotional skills. When applicable, a sharing and/or demonstration of learning will be developed and shared to a wider audience.
