Minneapolis Kids provides year-round, fee-based school-age childcare for families with youth enrolled in High Five/Minneapolis Kids Jr through 5th grade during the school year (entering grades K-7 during the summer).

Have you ever wanted to learn more about Italian culture and norms? This is a beginner language class that is going to cover some cultural aspects of Italian traditions and daily life in addition to developing basic language skills in Italian. At the end of the course, you will be able to introduce yourself, talk about your surroundings, and order at a restaurant. This class is online. No experience necessary.

Laura is founder and owner of Twin Cities Italian and through her business enjoys teaching Italian language and culture in her community. She believes that being exposed to a culture different from one’s own is life enriching in addition to being useful for traveling and business purposes. She taught Italian language and culture classes at the University of Minnesota for twelve years before venturing on her own. She is thrilled to share her knowledge of Italian at Minneapolis Community Education.
