Minneapolis Kids provides year-round, fee-based school-age childcare for families with youth enrolled in High Five/Minneapolis Kids Jr through 5th grade during the school year (entering grades K-7 during the summer).

Learn to use a sewing machine to complete an easy garment. In the first session, we will cover sewing machine basics and how to measure correctly. Everyone will leave with a full set of measurements. In the second session, students will bring the pattern and materials needed to complete the project, and we will learn how to read the pattern and layout the pattern pieces to cut. The third session will be construction and troubleshooting.
