Jenni is a certified yoga and J.A.I. pre-natal yoga instructor. She has been practicing yoga for nearly 15 years and has personally experienced the benefit of yoga during pregnancy and birth. She is committed to creating safe spaces for students of any level to develop self-compassion and self-advocacy through grounding, centering and asana practices that awaken the mind and body. She is also a trained doula - integrating her doula philosophy through yoga classes so that parents and parents-to-be feel safe, are informed and comfortable. Her pre-natal classes are built to create a caring community of support through the incredible journey of pregnancy and parenting. When not practicing yoga or attending a birth, Jenni enjoys being with her family, working, traveling, hiking, learning - and relaxing on her couch watching television.
