Minneapolis Kids provides year-round, fee-based school-age childcare for families with youth enrolled in High Five/Minneapolis Kids Jr through 5th grade during the school year (entering grades K-7 during the summer).

Keira completed her Yoga Teacher Training in 2007 at the Yoga-Alliance “Nosara Institute” in Costa Rica.
Since then, she has taught many styles of yoga and pilates, in a variety of venues, from coast-to-coast!
She believes that when we make time for yoga, yoga makes more time for us (ie. we’re more productive and can make better use of our time after yoga).
Her favorite poses are pigeon and shavasana (corpse pose).
In her spare time she likes to get outside, listen to podcasts, be crafty, or spend time with family and friends.
