Biscotti! (Southwest)

Adult Enrichment / Cooking -
Adult Enrichment Spring 2025

If you consider biscotti meh, maybe that’s because you’ve never had a fine homemade biscotto. These dryish, crisp little cookies are practically immortal if you keep them in a metal container; you can fill them with toasted nuts, dark chocolate chiplets, liqueurs, citrus zest, dried fruit— whatever pleases you most! In class, you’ll prepare and bake two kinds of biscotti to eat and take home. You’ll learn the basic steps to biscotti perfection and how to evaluate biscotti recipes you find online. Nothing better as a holiday or birthday present for friends and family than a cellophane bag filled with your very own homemade biscotti!

If class is full, please enroll for the waitlist. We will contact you if a space becomes available or we are able to add additional sections.
