Caitlin Schulze loves to bake and teach others how to bake! As a baking instructor with Minneapolis Community Education, she teaches out of our Roosevelt & Southwest locations. Caitlin's favorite classes, right now, include a series about Baking With Yeast, Sweet & Savory Pie Making and Cake Decorating. When not trying out new recipes, Caitlin can be found curiously exploring other cooking classes throughout Community Education.
