Food preservation is a way to preserve what you’ve harvested or bought so you can enjoy it later. Get an overview of food preservation methods including boiling water canning, pressure canning, jam/jelly making, pickling, fermenting, drying and freezing techniques. Learn about the proper equipment, procedures and storage methods, all with a focus on safety.
