We’re Two Sisters Herbals, a small, sister-owned business rooted in our Rarámuri, Yoeme, and Mexican heritage. We started this work out of a shared love for plant medicine and a desire to care for our families and communities in a more intentional, holistic way. Originally from California and now living in Minnesota, we blend the traditions we grew up with and the knowledge we’ve gained from our herbal teachers with the plants that grow around us here to make the herbal medicines that we do.

We make small-batch herbal teas, Fire Cider tonics, and other natural wellness products using both traditional ingredients and locally foraged herbs. Everything we create is made with care, with the hope that it supports folks in feeling more grounded, nourished, and connected.

We also love teaching and sharing what we’ve learned, whether that’s how to make a simple tea blend or identify common healing plants in your neighborhood. Our classes are about learning together, slowing down, and finding joy in the plants that surround us. We believe herbalism should feel accessible, supportive, and rooted in community.
