By registering, you are welcome to drop-in anytime during the times listed. Pre-registration is required.

This presentation will discuss what advance care planning is and what health care directives can do. We will explain who can be a health care agent and the responsibilities of that role. Examples of health care directives and important considerations will be shared. We will not complete health care directives as part of this presentation, but you will be equipped with the knowledge, resources, and where to go for help to complete your directive.
