Walking can improve your sense of well-being and happiness. Don't let bad weather stop you! Enjoy this easy exercise indoors, on your own, walking the halls of Ella Baker. It can lower your blood pressure, cholesterol, and risks for stroke and/or injury. By registering, you are welcome to drop-in anytime during the times listed. Pre-registration is required.
