Coping Skills for Tough Times (Ella Baker)

Adult Enrichment / Health, Wellness & Safety -
Adult Enrichment Winter 2026

Feeling stressed is a part of life, but moving through stress quickly is a skill we can all develop. Learn when to use coping skills for stress, how to use them, and which kinds are most effective. In this class, we will cover the differences between thought spiraling versus emotional processing, bust myths related to mental health, and discuss tools to more quickly get you out of a rut and back on track to living your best life.
