Minneapolis Kids provides year-round, fee-based, school-age childcare for families with youth enrolled in High Five/Minneapolis Kids Jr through 5th grade during the school year (entering grades K-7 during the summer).
Teen Parent Services is dedicated to keeping teen parents on the track to graduation by providing them with parenting education and supports while providing high-quality early childhood education services to their children.

Participants will be introduced to the language of guardianship and guardianship alternatives. Participants will learn how guardianship alternatives can be easier to establish and lead to better outcomes for individuals, families, and systems. Participants will also leave with an understanding of how supported decision making, including Power of Attorney and Health Care Directive documents, can be best used to support an individual’s autonomy and choice.
