Parent Education focuses on activities for the development of the preschool child. A limited number of Infants 0-4 months are welcome to stay with parents during discussion time. This is a gradual separation class (child and parent spend time together and practice spending time apart). This course is designed to help caregivers strengthen their relationship with their children by understanding and responding to their emotional needs. Based on decades of attachment research, The Circle of Security Parenting™ (COSP) offers a visual framework and practical tools to support secure parent-child relationships. This class includes videos, reflection, skill building and discussion, led by a registered COSP facilitator.
