Minneapolis Kids provides year-round, fee-based school-age care for families with youth enrolled in High Five/Minneapolis Kids Jr through 6th grade during the school year (entering K-7 during the summer).

This all levels yoga class will stretch tight muscles, strengthen the body, and allow practitioners to feel more at home in their body. Yoga is fundamentally a spiritual practice. When we create ease in our body, we calm the mind, and can connect to a greater feeling of wholeness.
