Minneapolis Kids provides year-round, fee-based school-age care for families with youth enrolled in High Five/Minneapolis Kids Jr through 6th grade during the school year (entering K-7 during the summer).

Adele enjoys sharing the health benefits of yoga and music with adults and children of all ages and backgrounds. She is a certified yoga teacher through the Yoga Center of Minneapolis, and a singer. Adele has taught yoga classes that incorporate breath work, meditation, yoga poses, and music in yoga studios and classrooms throughout Minneapolis.
