Minneapolis Kids provides year-round, fee-based school-age childcare for families with youth enrolled in High Five/Minneapolis Kids Jr through 5th grade during the school year (entering grades K-7 during the summer).
Classes for Summer Youth Programs will be visible and open for registration February 23 at 5pm.

Hello , my name on Sandra Rhude. Outdoor adventurist and enthusiast! Enjoy encouraging woman to embrace the outdoors and challenge them to increase their endurance on simple places we have around us! I hope that we can laugh and work our beautiful bodies! I have been a personal trainer and working in many health club/gyms for nearly 40 years! I am certified in national Academy of sports medicine and have worked with the Loppet organization where I created the WOW group! Women’s outdoor workout! I have 7 children and 4 beautiful grandchildren and a loving husband who encourages me to alway be me! I’m grateful to have the energy and good health at 58 to have crazy adventures on this amazing planet! Look forward to having an adventure in Minneapolis with all the woman who want to work out??
