Minneapolis Kids provides year-round, fee-based school-age childcare for families with youth enrolled in High Five/Minneapolis Kids Jr through 5th grade during the school year (entering grades K-7 during the summer).

This course is designed to help individuals explore, transition, or grow in their careers, regardless of whether they are just starting out or navigating a mid-career change. Through self-assessment, career research, skill-building activities, and financial planning, participants will gain the tools needed to align their personal values with meaningful career paths. Special emphasis is placed on overcoming the challenges faced by adults seeking career changes, such as managing fear, balancing responsibilities, and upskilling for new opportunities.
Participants will develop essential job search tools such as resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and elevator pitches, while also building a personalized career action plan. The course incorporates group discussions, expert guest speakers, and peer support to foster collaboration and accountability. By the end of the course, participants will have a clear roadmap to achieve their career goals, along with access to valuable resources for continued growth and learning.
