Minneapolis Kids provides year-round, fee-based, school-age childcare for families with youth enrolled in High Five/Minneapolis Kids Jr through 5th grade during the school year (entering grades K-7 during the summer).
Teen Parent Services is dedicated to keeping teen parents on the track to graduation by providing them with parenting education and supports while providing high-quality early childhood education services to their children.

Here's your chance to spend some uninterrupted time together participating in toddler-friendly activities that support growth and development.
Come join Lynhurst resident and tour guide Mark Raderstorf on an informative and entertaining walking tour of downtown Minneapolis. We will get to see the inside of iconic buildings such at the City Hall, Grain Exchange, Hennepin County Govt Center, Farmer's and Merchants Bank, IDS Tower and Wells Fargo Tower. As we walk the streets of downtown, you will learn why St Anthony Falls (Owamni) was the birthplace of Minneapolis and the importance that water power played in the immense economic growth of our city, post 1860. You will get a deeper appreciation of Minneapolis History and the role these buildings played in the development of downtown. Tour distance will be 2 miles so bring your walking shoes.

Mark Raderstorf has lived in the Lynhurst neighborhood for over 40 years. After he retired from his career as a psychologist, he launched his tour company, You Betcha Tours, in 2024. He now enjoys giving walking and biking tours of Minneapolis, where he is able to share his knowledge and love of the Twin Cities.
