Where does our drinking water come from? Sift through the process that takes fresh water from the Mississippi river and propels 57 million gallons of safe drinking water per day to all of Minneapolis. This mighty filtration and treatment process is state-of-the art and takes place at the City's Public Works Water Treatment & Distribution facility in Northeast Minneapolis located at 4100 Marshall St. NE, Minneapolis, MN 55421.

PLEASE NOTE:

     * Carpooling is encouraged

     *   You will need to have government ID to show security gate.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               *  Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your tour to allow time to get through security and to the meeting room.                                                                                                                                                                                           * Comfortable shoes are highly recommended. There is a lot of walking around campus involved.
