Minneapolis Kids provides year-round, fee-based, school-age childcare for families with youth enrolled in High Five/Minneapolis Kids Jr through 5th grade during the school year (entering grades K-7 during the summer).
Teen Parent Services is dedicated to keeping teen parents on the track to graduation by providing them with parenting education and supports while providing high-quality early childhood education services to their children.

Foreign Policy Discussions presentations are offered through the nationwide Great Decisions program to learn more about vital foreign policy issues facing our country. The sessions feature lectures and lively discussions with local college professors and other guest speakers.

Todd Lefko is President of the import-export firm IBDC and has taught at the University of Minnesota and at other Minnesota colleges. His teaching areas included sociology, urban affairs, political science, international relations, leadership and organizational development. He has also lectured at universities in Russia, China, Germany, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Turkmenistan and has homes in both Minnesota and Russia where and has worked for over 32 years.
He has an M.A. in Public Administration from the University of Minnesota and has studied public policy as Bush Fellow at Harvard and urban planning at the University of Manchester, England. He is one of the founders of Global Volunteers and has been their Treasurer and representative at the United Nations and serves on their Board of Trustees.
Todd has also been a member of the Twin Cities Metropolitan Council, The Regional Transit Board, and the Minnesota Experimental City Authority. He is currently Chairperson of the Russian-American Business and Culture Council.
