Family Pizza Baking: Ages 7-10 (Southwest)

Adult Enrichment / Cooking -
Adult Enrichment Winter 2026

Class is for a group of three, children must be aged 7-10. You can chose to have two adults (18+) and one child, or one adult and two children. Only enroll under one of your names. Each group will cook together at their own station. This class is holistic in the cooking experience and includes time for cleaning after cooking. It is expected you stay for clean up.

A pie for all of you, or a pie for each of you! You can dress your generously proportioned, long-fermented dough with sausage, pepperoni, lively vegetables, red sauce, no sauce, all cheese, no cheese—it’s up to you! This is a panned pizza, so it’s easy to handle despite its high hydration (which guarantees loft, tender crumb, crispy crust). You can make it plush and tall, thin and crispy, or something in between. A custom pizza! Be sure to bring an open cardboard box to take any remains of your pizza home. Stay for cleanup.

If class is full, please enroll for the waitlist as we will likely add additional sections.
