Minneapolis Kids provides year-round, fee-based, school-age childcare for families with youth enrolled in High Five/Minneapolis Kids Jr through 5th grade during the school year (entering grades K-7 during the summer).
Teen Parent Services is dedicated to keeping teen parents on the track to graduation by providing them with parenting education and supports while providing high-quality early childhood education services to their children.

Give the gift of learning. Gift vouchers can be purchased in a variety of denominations and can be used for most Community Education Youth & Adult Enrichment classes. Some restrictions apply.
Become introduced to the wonderous bagpipe instrument. You will work on fingering of the instrument, learn simple tunes, history of the instrument, focus on modern pipe bands, and gain information on the process of getting onto and purchasing a full set of pipes. You will spend the class learning pipes with a practice chanter and tutor book, which are the instructor's but can be purchased from them if you choose to further your learning after the class ends.

Tad Myers started piping in 1989 at the ripe old age of 27. In 1997 he won the Midwest Pipe Band Association Grade 2 Champion Supreme title. The following year he won the Grade 1 Champion Supreme title. Tad is a piping Judge in the MWPBA and holds the Senior Piping Certificate from the Scottish Pipers Association. Tad retired last year from the Grade 2 competitive pipe band scene after 23 years competing with grade 2 pipe bands in the US and Canada. Tad now splits his time between running the grade 4 Twin Cities Metro pipe band and judging piping contests.
