Yoga: Gentle 1 (Roosevelt 55+)

Lifelong Learning 55+ Spring 2025

Learn gentle yoga sequences to improve your flexibility, balance, and strength. Connect body, breath, and mind to restore, relax, and unwind. Must be able to comfortably transition from standing to seated position. Wear comfortable clothes and refrain from eating before class. Please bring your own mat and small blanket or towel for knee support and relaxation poses.  Class held at Linden Hills Recreation Center, 3100 W 43rd St.

Please note change in class start time.  Class begins at 3:15 pm NOT 3:30 pm 

This class is priced on a sliding fee scale. Please pay the price you are able. This helps to ensure that Community Education can provide quality opportunities for all of our participants.
